   Our refunds and exchange policy is applicable to Unused pins only. Website name guarantees fitness of phone cards sold for up to ten days from the date of purchase. Refund and exchange policy is subjected to following terms and conditions

 1. Processing fee, surcharges and other applicable fee is non refundable

 2. Some products are non-refundable or non-exchangeable due to their nature of losing value after pin activation

 3. Restocking fee of $1.00 per transaction will be deducted from the total amount to be exchanged or refunded

 4. If we find the usage of the pin after we refund or exchange, your credit card will be charged automatically equivalent to the purchase amount

 5. Exchange of any pin has to be with the pin of same value

   Rates of the calling cards can change without any notice. If an automated message prompts different amount of minutes from what our site has advertised , please hang up immediately and contact our customer support .If you still continue to use the card at that point ,it means that you concede to use the card with the announced amount of time/charge . No refunds/exchange can be offered under such circumstance.
