Prepaid Calling card Rate and Reliability

Rates may vary and are subject to change without prior notice. Rates advertised on the Phone Card XL may not be updated due to abrupt rate change by service providers ,therefore the actual rate charged may exceed the rate stipulated .Application of surcharges and fees has the effect of reducing total minutes on the card. Cards are good for single call. The updated available credit (In Minutes) to the destination called will be announced prior to the connection of the call. In case you find the rate on the website is different than the minutes announced ,please hang up immediately and contact the customer service .Phone Card XL would not be responsible for any kind of loses as a result of changing calling card rate by service providers. The pin has no cash value. Be sure to safeguard your pin all the times

Calls to the cell phones and public pay phones where extra levy is charged may incur an additional charge depending on the mobile phone and payphone carrier’s. The Phone Card XL do not represent or warrant that the Services provided suppliers will be uninterrupted or non-erroneous, that defects will be corrected. Phone Card XL is not a service provider, hence would not be responsible for any loses/damages cause by error of service providers
